Mums MOT & Body Recovery Course


Our Body Recovery Course for Mums is designed to enable mums to achieve their pre-pregnancy tone and posture – in a safe, sustainable way.  Course sessions consist of a mixture of taught material and practical exercises, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions.

This unique course has been designed  to run on a close 1:1 or 1:2 basis, over 3 hour-long sessions. This ensures maximum benefit from a truly personalised programme.

We aim to keep the atmosphere relaxed and informal and babies are also welcome to come along with mum, provided they are not yet crawling and therefore cannot come into any harm in the studio!
