- All our product prices include VAT (where applicable).
- Items purchased from our store are for collection only – we do not deliver items.
- Our products can be found on the Shop page here.
- Click on the ‘Add to Cart’/’Sign Up Now’ button on any of the product pages.
- Click on ‘View Basket‘ to view your basket and proceed to our checkout page.
- Enter your contact details & billing address.
- Enter your credit/debit card details to make payment (handled securely by Stripe – see below).
- Once you complete your order, you will then see the order thank you page, together with an order reference number.
- You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us when your order has been completed. Please collect your order from Physiocare Twyford, unless advised otherwise.
Making Payment
Our online payments are handled by Stripe who accept a wide range of debit and credit cards. No credit card data is stored on this website; our online payment solution is secure and PCI Compliant.
Order Processing
- We aim to process your order within a maximum of 30 days but normally within 2 days.
