Imran qualified in 2001 and is currently a Director and Clinical Lead at Physiocare. He gained membership of the Society of Orthopaedic Medicine in 2011 and qualified as an independent and supplementary prescriber in 2021. Imran can prescribe pain-relieving medicines and administer Soft Tissue & Joint Injections.
Imran is a Qualified Diagnostic and interventional MSK Sonographer from the University of Essex. Imran uses point-of-care Ultrasound to confirm the diagnosis & offers ultrasound-guided injections. He has a special interest in Ultrasound Guided Injections. He was trained by the Sports Medicine Ultrasound Group (SMUG) for Cadaveric US Guided MSK Injections.
Imran passed the exam and gained a Diploma in Musculoskeletal Medicine from the Faculty of Sports & Exercise Medicine (UK).
Since 2018, he had worked as an Extended Scope and first-contact Practitioner in an NHS setting, assessing, investigating, and managing complex patients.
