We recently surveyed our Body Management Gym members to ask their views on the service we offer. The results were extremely positive, with 84% saying that they would recommend the gym to others. When asked how satisfied they were overall with gym membership, again 89% responded either good or excellent. In fact, over 89% of respondents rated all areas as either good or excellent. The survey covered a broad range of topics, from pricing to change facilities and gym equipment. In particular, respondents rated the one-to-one sessions as excellent for ‘professional attitude' and ‘caring approach'.
When asked how they would describe the gym to others in their own words, many members included the words ˜’friendly' and ‘caring', which is exactly what we aim to offer.
